Boy Bitten by Doberman Pinscher

Late Thursday evening, February 18, 2010, Baytown emergency personnel responded to the scene of a boy bitten by a dog in the 3200 block of North Alexander Drive in Baytown, Texas.  The child was with a group of youth who were preparing for T-Ball practice in an open field when the  doberman pinscher came onto the playfield .  The boy was bitten on the ear and was treated by EMS  at the scene.   The owner of the dog said he keeps the dog chained, but  recently noticed the dog breaking from his chain and roaming the neighborhood.  Baytown Animal Control took the dog into custody.
